Additional configurations for the plugin can be modified on the General settings page to cater to your organization's specific needs. It includes specific GRC for Jira features enablement and features configuration.

Open

• Reset Button: Resets all settings to default values.

• Apply Button: Saves and applies any changes made to the settings on this page.

1. Enable Automation for Monitoring Test Executions Creation:

   • If enabled, a scheduled trigger will run every hour for all Controls where the 'Automate test execution creation' field is set to 'Yes'.

   • The frequency of the Monitoring Test Execution task creation is based on the value in the 'Testing frequency' field for each Control. The task will be generated once within the timeframe set by this value.

2. Prefix for Monitoring Test Execution Task Name:

   • Default Prefix: [MON]

   • When set, all automatically created Monitoring Test Executions will start with this prefix, helping users distinguish between automated and manually created tasks.

3. Due Period for Monitoring Test Execution (Days):

   • Default: 14 days

   • Automatically created Monitoring Test Executions will have a due date, determined by adding the Due Period to the current time.

1. Enable Automation for Attestation Test Executions Creation:

   • If enabled, an Attestation Test Execution is auto-created when the Control reaches the 'Attestation' status.

2. Prefix for Attestation Test Execution Task Name:

   • Default Prefix: [ATT]

   • With this prefix set, users can differentiate between automated and manually created Attestation Test Executions.

3. Due Period for Attestation Test Execution (Days):

   • Default: 14 days

   • The due date for automated Attestation Test Executions is calculated as the current time plus the Due Period.

• Prefix for Audit Test Execution Task Name:

  • Default Prefix: [AUDIT]

  • This prefix aids users in distinguishing between Audit Test Executions that are created automatically and those made manually.

1. Enable Controls Creation Based on Control Templates:

   • If activated, there's a provision for creating Controls using Control Templates. This allows copying of field values present on both Control Template and Control screens.

2. Fields to Copy from Control Templates:

   • Summary

   • Description

   • Is key

   • Control type

   • Control classification

   • Test steps

   • Expected result

   • Testing frequency

• Enable default assignment of created issues to Owner:

  • When this option is enabled, all created issues having Owner field will be initially assigned to the Owner. Otherwise created issues will be assigned according to 'Default Assignee' configuration defined in the Jira Project Settings.

This setting defines a default transformation for Control Assessment Qualitative Score Calculation by specifying minimum values for respective control test resolution options. This setting could be overridden on the Control Assessment Template form.
